Reservation / Payment / Cancellation Policy
1 room reservation – $30 non-refundable deposit per night.
2 room reservation – $60 non-refundable deposit per night.
3 room reservation – $100 non-refundable deposit per night.
Deposit is due when the reservation is made.
The balance owed (tax included, less deposit), will be charged to your credit card 5 days prior to your stay.
No refunds will be issued after the charge unless a correction is necessary.
Smoking and pets are not permitted
Limit of 2 persons per room (No children under 10 years old)
An additional $80.00 charge will be incurred for violation of these policies.
